Project and requirements:

Under the guidance of Manager, the Asset Management Analyst (AMA) oversees the daily operations of the Enterprise Technology Asset Management (ETAM) computer replacement project, ensuring all laptop and desktop assets are accurately tracked and distributed to meet county-wide requirements and objectives. The AMA works closely with various departments to ensure compliance with vendor contracts, supporting the strategic policies, management, and optimization of enterprise IT resources.

Role and responsibilities of the Resource request:

Coordinate the inventory, procurement, and deployment of new computer systems across the organization. Develop and maintain accurate asset tracking systems to ensure the effective management of IT resources. Analyze and report on asset lifecycle data to support budgeting and strategic decision-making.
